Miss Rodeo Kansas 1980
After completing her year as Miss Rodeo Kansas, Debra began working in the advertising and marketing industry. She partnered with Teddi Bankes, Miss Rodeo Kansas 1984 to conduct Rodeo Queen Clinics, something that had not been done before. After 30 years, Debra is still helping young women in the Pageant industry. She founded Queens In Jeans in 2007 and today offers boot camps and personal coaching to young women competing in ag related pageants. (www.queensinjeans.com).

In the 1990's Debra open The Professional Edge Model & Talent Agency. Her agency was accepted into the American Modeling Association and shortly thereafter she served two consecutive terms as the President.
During her 20-year professional speaking career, Debra presented domestically and internationally, and was honored to provide corporate training to Fortune 100+ organizations, DC Government Offices, numerous universities, and all branches of the military. In addition, she was asked to produce several training videos on Front Desk Safety and Security, Assertive Communication and Emotional Intelligence. Her best selling book, "Finding Your Moxie: Myths and Lies Successful Women Kick to the Curb" climbed to #1 on Amazon in the Women and Business category within the first ten days of its launch.

Mother of two Rodeo Queens, including a Miss Rodeo America First Runner-up (2019)
Lisa O’Gorman was born in California, and raised in England Her passion for owning and riding horses began at a very young age. But after moving back to California, she became a local 4 H horse leader, taught riding lesson to all ages, and specialized in lessons for children on the Autism Spectrum.
As an avid rider, Lisa has competed in extreme mountain trail, jumping, classical dressage, trail riding challenges and today enjoys competing and learning all she can in the sport of Cowboy Dressage.
She is the mother of two daughters who have both held Rodeo Queen titles. Her oldest daughter, Hannah Leib, was crowned Miss Rodeo Washington 2019, and finished first runner up at the 2020 Miss Rodeo America Pageant.
Lisa is a Speech Language Pathologist who works for a local school district as well as running a private practice located in Lacey, Washington.

Growing up on a farm in mid-Missouri with five brothers and sisters meant that Paul Reigelsberger experienced agriculture and family values first hand. After high school graduation he attended college in Manhattan, Kansas, and later transferred to Columbia College in Missouri, majoring in Interior Design and Marketing.

In the mid 1990's, Paul worked as a regional print and runway model but soon found that he enjoyed the marketing and creative side of the business better. Today Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Western Star Models, a small agency that specializes in educating young women in agriculture, about the business side of the modeling business.
​
Paul resides in St. Louis where he works as a General Manager for Immerse, a major design supplier. In addition he has his real estate license and is active in marketing, fundraising and philanthropic activities.

A magna cum laude graduate of East Carolina University, Shannon is a teacher with the North Carolina public schools.

Her agricultural involvement runs deep,. Her family farm has been in operation for over 170 years in Craven County North Carolina, and is now part of the Century Farm program. Her desire to support and promote the agricultural industry, led her to recently begin participating in agricultural pageants. The titles she has won have afforded her the opportunity to represent her county and state, and to become an agricultural educator as well.
She volunteers with Break the Chain Kennel Kru, a non-profit organization. In this capacity, she works in under-served neighborhoods assisting families with chained dogs to become compliant with local anti-tethering ordinances, as well as providing spay/neuter and animal welfare education.
Shannon is excited to be able to share her love of pageantry, agriculture, and education to support and assist in the growth of The Foundation for Western Professionals.

Hannah Leib has been involved in the equine industry for over 15 years. Her primarily discipline was English Equitation, Hunt seat and Hunter/Jumper. Early on her aspirations included going to the Olympics on the Equestrian team. In 2017 however, she entered her first rodeo queen pageant and caught the bug. Shortly thereafter, she won Miss Pro West and spent the year preparing for her next goal. She won Miss Rodeo Washington 2019, and went on to be named 1st Runner-Up at the 2020 Miss Rodeo America pageant, all while completing her 2nd Masters Degree.

Hannah obtained a Masters of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology, as well as a Masters of Education degree. She currently works as a Speech Language Pathologist in San Antonio, Texas. and also serves as the Marketing and PR Director for the PRCA Texas Circuit.

Alexandria (Alex) has spent nearly ten years working in politics both in New Mexico and Washington, DC. Specializing in relationship building with elected officials, Alex has spent her career promoting bipartisan policies and legislation focused on future-oriented, innovative solutions to our generation’s most pressing issues. Over the past year, her work has focused on strengthening democractic institutions — from election administration to redistricting and civic tech — facilitating large convenings of stakeholders and appearing on numerous panels.
Always proud of her home state, Alex represented the Land of Enchantment as Miss Rodeo New Mexico 2014. Pivoting many of the skills she learned while competing in rodeo queen pageants, Alex has worked for non-profits, U.S. Senate and Congressional campaigns, and for the New Mexico State Legislature. A masters graduate of the School of Political Management at The George Washington University, Alex also earned B.A.s in Government and History from New Mexico State University with High Honors.
She enjoys running and is committed to working with organizations that promote women in elected office. In addition to the Foundation for Western Professionals, Alex sits on the board of Republican Women for Progress.
