Our Story
The Foundation for Western Professionals was created by a group of dedicated and passionate individuals who spent a year brainstorming, processing, researching and discussing exactly what they believed would be the best solutions or opportunities to advance young people in Western and Agricultural industries.
Research determined that providing guidance on how to transfer the skills gained in 4-H, FFA and Ag/Rodeo Queening, during and AFTER they were done with those organizations, could be very beneficial in reducing the down time many young people spend trying to figure out "now what?" The end conclusion was that we needed to organize a central source of dedicated people and organizations committed to providing education, advocacy, support, guidance and career opportunities for young people in ALL Agricultural industries.

The Foundation for Western Professionals will focus on providing scholarships, access to advisors, job fairs, and knowledge on how to convert experiences into careers and income earning opportunities.
